A Specialty Banquet  will be held on
Saturday night 3 June at the
the Kinsmen Hall located at the entrance to the Fairgrounds.

Dinner will be catered by Timothy's Catering

Appetizers:
Cold Crudites with dip

Green Salad:
Caesar with real bacon and greshly grated parmesan cheese

Choice of Entrees: (banquet tickets will have each person check off one of these -they need to know at least one week before - say we can go up a bit but not less than ordered)
7 oz. New York Striploin Steak
6 oz. boneless grilled Chicken breast
5 oz. salmon fillet with dill hollandaise
BBQ back ribs (5) with blue ridge smoky sauce
Vegetarian (sesame stir fry in whole roasted pepper)

Rosemary Roast Potatoes

Served with:
home-baked Vienna rolls with garlic butter
Grilled corn on the cob
Creamy coleslaw

Home Made Dessert Buffet of: two cheesecakes, brownies, butter tarts, carrot cake, cream filled pastries, lemon tarts, rocky road bars.

Ice water
